Vikash Chumun has over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Soon after starting his career in Accounting, he decided to gain international exposure and moved to the UK. Back to Mauritius, he continued his ascent and quickly took on responsibilities and led teams. Over the years, he has gained an extensive exposure and developed a strong technical knowledge in the corporate management and fund services world. Prior to joining Sunibel, Vikash was heading the Fund & Corporate department of a multinational specialised in financial services. In this capacity, he successfully managed client relationships, supported new product development initiatives, and implemented efficient client development strategies while ensuring adherence to international best practices. He also acts as Director on the board of a several client companies including Global Business Companies, investment managers, investment advisers and Collective Investment Schemes. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
