Are you an experienced and driven professional looking to make an impact? We are looking for a talented Senior Officer – Corporate Services to join our dynamic team.
In this key role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of companies encompassing Global Business Licenses, specialised licenses, and Fund structures, and ensuring all work is executed efficiently and in compliance with internal procedures and Mauritius’ regulatory framework.
Key responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of companies, ranging from Global Business Licenses to Fund structures, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and the local regulatory framework.
- Reviewing of clients’ files and ensure that all companies are in compliance with the local laws and regulations.
- Drafting essential documents including directors and shareholders’ resolutions, as well as attending and documenting meetings.
- Serving as a key liaison with clients, auditors, local authorities, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Assisting in executing opening of accounts with institutions (Banks, Custodian, Brokers) including liaison and follow up.
- Monitoring of operations of the account, wire transfer instruction, any other forms as required by bank and/or clients.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with at least 3 to 4 years of relevant industry experience, with a solid understanding of corporate structures, financial services, and taxation laws in Mauritius.
- Degree in Law and Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Partially qualified ICSA or ACCA is a plus.

- Understanding of the Global Business sector and of the Mauritian regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
- Strong critical thinking and organisational skills.
- Proactive, agile, and resilient, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Customer-centric mindset, ensuring that clients’ queries are promptly and efficiently addressed.
- A commitment to high standards and continuous improvement in the quality of service provided.
- Proficiency in written and spoken communication in both French and English.
